But when humans are treated as upgradeable hardware, capable of absorbing endless change if only the right inputs are added, all you get is cognition collapse.

When it comes to creating human experience excellence, we must get the basics “baked in” before experimenting with trending ingredients, and importantly, we must understand the role of leaders when the heat is on.
